We want you to have a smooth experience with The Archive Fragrances. Please read our policy carefully:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
• The product must be in its original packaging and used no more than 3 ml.
• Products used beyond 3 ml are not eligible for a refund.
• Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
• A full refund will be issued only if:
  • The product received is damaged, or
  • The product received is different from what you ordered
