Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Received a damaged bottle, tampered seal, or the wrong fragrance? Raise a request within 7 days of delivery. Once verified, you get a full refund via bank transfer — no deductions, shipping's on us.
Change of Mind
Don't love it? Want a different scent or just your money back? Raise a request within 7 days. Refunds are processed via bank transfer with a flat Rs. 600 deduction per product (e.g. Rs. 3,500 order → Rs. 2,900 refund). No fee if you choose an exchange or store credit instead.
How to Return
- Repack in original box, cap, and inserts
- Place in a flier bag
- Print the slip we send via WhatsApp/email, place it outside the bag, then seal
- Hand it to the courier at pickup
Refunds are processed 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Conditions: Original packaging required. Items used beyond 5ml, or with seals broken from customer use, aren't eligible.
