Exchange Policy
Want a different fragrance instead of a refund? You only pay the shipping charges (Rs.300) for the exchange.
- Repack in original box, cap, and inserts
- Place in a flier bag
- Print the slip we send via WhatsApp/email, place it outside the bag, then seal
- Hand it to the courier at pickup
Exchanges are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Allow 3–5 business days.
Conditions: Original packaging required. Items used beyond 5ml, or with seals broken from customer use, aren’t eligible.
